Shipping Process

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after you place your order. As soon as we receive it, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  

At Fit Nation Supplies, we understand the urgency of receiving your order promptly. Should an item be delayed beyond our standard handling time 1-2 business days and 5-7 business days transit time, we will notify you with an updated delivery timeline.

We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us containing all the necessary tracking information. This email will include a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can monitor the status of your shipment.

    Order Modifications and Cancellations

    If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Our customer service will give confirmation about order cancellation .

    Delayed order

    If the maximum dispatch (max 2 business days) and transit time (max 7 business days) has already passed and your order has not yet arrived, you do not need to worry yet. Please allow additional 2 days for delivery. Should your package still be missing after this time, please contact us at support@fitnationsupplies.com with your order number so that we can investigate the matter further. We are here to help you.

    Damaged or Incorrect Item(s)

    There are rare cases that your items may suffer some damage (during transit or being defective) or that by human error, you receive something different than what you have ordered. Please follow the steps below to resolve the situation:

    • Damaged on Arrival: Note the damage at delivery and send photos to support@fitnationsupplies.com on the day of delivery. We will cover the cost of return shipping and replacement.
    • Incorrect Item(s): Email us with your order number. We will arrange return shipping and send the correct item(s) at no extra cost.

    Order Cancellations

    If you want to cancel your order, contact us immediately on support@fitnationsupplies.com. We generally allow cancellations for all orders before they are dispatched, which usually takes 1-2 business days.
